Australia’s electricity system is undergoing a rapid transformation with most of Australia’s coal fired power generators due to reach the end of their lifespan over the next ten years. Before they retire, they must be replaced with new sources of generation and networks of supporting infrastructure.
Significant investment in new energy infrastructure is needed to deliver a net zero energy system that benefits all Australians.
Our tenders are designed to support investment in energy infrastructure across Australia, helping turn project plans into the renewable energy infrastructure needed to support Australia’s energy transition. Our competitive tender design and delivery services have been developed to incentivise investment, balancing the interests of governments, community and the market. We are currently delivering tenders under the New South Wales Government’s Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, and the Commonwealth Government’s Capacity Investment Scheme and advising the South Australian Government on their Firm Energy Reliability Mechanism.
